"I have had 2 reverse shoulder replacements and a knee replacement and done all my rehap at Tier One with Kathleen Roth This is a superior program and I obtained great results. Everyone : office staff, techs and other therspists are very nice and concerned. You work at your pace with individual treatment. Everyone is very professional . They listen to your concerns, answer questions and are genuinely concerned. I intend to use them for my next knee replacement and I highly recommend them."

"I HAD A COMPLETE KNEE REPLACEMENT. AND I HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS GETTING MY PHYSICAL THERAPY SETUP BETWEEN MY DOCTOR AND MY INSURANCE. I CALLED ERICA MONTOYA AND SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO TO GET ME SET UP FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY. WE DID A 3 WAY CALL BETWEEN MY DOCTOR AND INSURANCE AND ERICA AND SHE EXPLAIN TO THEM HOW IT WORKS AND SHE GOT ME SET UP FOR MY THERAPY...MUCH NEEDED BECAUSE I ONLY GOT 3 IN HOME VISITS THE FIRST 2 WEEKS AFTER SURGERY FROM THE ORGINAL THERAPY THAT NEVER SHOWED UP. AFTER MY FIRST THERAPY TREATMENT WITH WES BENSON.. HE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO GET YOUR KNEE STRAIGHTEN AFTER SURGERY. I'VE HAD 2 THERAPY TREATMENTS SO FAR AND MY KNEE IS GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION... THIS SHOWED ME THE PEOPLE AT TIER 1 REALLY CARE ABOUT THERE PATIENTS... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP.
